Keeping calm at this time of year Options

Hello

Does anyone have any hints to share about keeping our cool at this busy time of year? I enjoy listening to Classic FM and like the carols they play.

Hi Claire - I like to watch telly and surf to relax. We had our Office Party yesterday and one of the girls brought in loads of Xmas CDs - it was lovely. Secret Santa gave me a super fluffy pair of bed socks and a mini bottle of port (my favorite!) - methinks I'll be trying that out tomorrow when we put the tree up - (despite the MTX). I've recently discovered Radio 3 and now I play that when I'm doing housework - it's mainly classical too.
